Maple & Oak yang terkenal dengan menu brunch ini berlokasi di dalam De Ritz Building. Restoran ini tidak terlalu besar, tapi tempatnya bisa membuat kita merasa homey dan nyaman untuk hangout dalam waktu yang lama, terutama ketika sedang sepi.

Tidak hanya menu brunch, mereka juga menyediakan menu salad, side dish, main menu dari makanan Barat, dessert, serta kopi, teh, cold pressed juice, smoothies, dan beer.

Maple Butter Brioche (Rp 78.000,-)
Salah satu menu yang direkomendasikan dari Maple & Oat. Roti brioche dengan mentega yang dipanggang ini disajikan dengan maple and truffle butter, beef bacon, scrambled egg, salad, dan maple syrup. Rasa maple syrup nya cocok dengan gue karena tidak terlalu manis.

Smashed Avocado (Rp 78.000,-)
Menu brunch lainnya yang terdiri dari sourdough dengan alpukat, keju feta, basil, soft egg, dan salad.

Smoked Salmon Egg's Benedict (Rp 88.000,-)
Untuk menu egg's benedict ini, kita bisa pilih toppingnya mau beef ham atau smoked salmon. Kali ini, kami cobain sourdough dengan smoked salmon, soft egg, jamur, dan salad.

Honeycomb Ice Cream (Rp 48.000,-)
Es krim vanilla dengan topping sarang madu, buah strawberry, mango helly, dan oat.

Vanilla & Banana Fudge Brownie (Rp 58.000,-)
Chocolate fudge brownie yang disajikan dengan saus dark chocolate, ganache, Baileys, karamel beserta dengan es krim vanilla.

Orange (Rp 40.000,-)
Cold pressed juice campuran dari wortel dan sunkist buatan Maple & Oak ini disajikan dalam botol ukuran 250 ml.

COFFEE BUTTER STEAK & EGG (138K) - homemade coffee butter, seared angus sirloin steak, sauteed mushroom, 65 degree sous vide egg, sauteed spinach, pomme puree and basil oil. What a great dish for sunday brunch with family. The steak cooked in medium and that coffee infused perfectly into the steak giving roast aromatic. (9/10)

MAPLE BUTTER BRIOCHE (78K) - their signature maple truffle butter, toasted brioche, beef bacon, strawberries, scrambled, mesclun, cherry tomato and maple syrup. Just one bacon, bread, egg and maple syrup on side - it’s expensive from a value of money perspective but I could ensure you that the combination of flavor make you want to it more and more! Love it! (9/10)

SALMON AND TRUFFLED SCRAMBLE (88K) - toasted sourdough, salmon gravlax, scrambled egg, white truffle oil, house salad, maple orange vinaigrette. I’m shocked at first because it doesn’t look like salmon in first place (looks like tuna srsly!) So, it was smoked and cooked with beetroot in two ways to create that color. And yes, it’s working! (8/10)

MASCARPONE BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE (48K) - light mascarpone mousse, blueberry compote, maple milk bread crouton, homemade granola and spiced crumble. Quite a subtle spoonful of crumble; the mascarpone flavour dominates - it’s a pretty and absolutely loveable dish (9/10)

ICED MAPLE HAZE LATTE (45K); BLUE KIWI ICEBERG (mango - kiwi - blue curacao 45K); SACARACHA (50K) - salted caramel mocha blended topped with whipped cream. The highlight of the drinks would absolutely goes to blue kiwi iceberg. So refreshing, sweet and sour in same level amount and extra kick from that blue soda!

The brioche was so light and soft. The egg was so soft and fluffy. Loved the maple syrup.
Super love everything! Wait, actually the bacon was too crispy for me.

- The perfect taste of sweetness & savoury. Everything is so perfect from the scrambled egg, maple syrup, bacon, butter on toasted brioche 😍

Sesame Chicken Bites
- Crunchy, tender, well seasoned and comes in a large chunk for a bite!

- Brown Butter Steak & Egg
MUST ORDER! Tender beef cooked in medium, super well seasoned 63degree egg, amazing potato on the bottom.

- Herbs Roasted Chicken
The half chicken is sooo big u can share it for 2 people. The chicken is pretty dry for me. Tandoori rice is nice!

- Seared Salmon
Nice one, good quality salmon.

- Salted Caramel Latte
Quite too sweeeet for me!

- Hot Cappuccino
Good coffee.

Service 5/5 friendly and informative.
Food comes around 10-15 mins.

Suka kepo dan bru akhirnya nyempetin kesini, buat ngebrunch and try out their poach egg menu! Turns out, everyfood that we try itu enak smua, very very recommended to try out their maple butter brioche and egg benedict. 🍳🥓🍞

Yg maple glazed itu tdinya agak takut pesen krn kea ngebayangin maple syrup on top of beef bacon and brioche is just… tkutnya aneh gtu, tpi ternyata enaaak! the maple syrup give a different and interesting flavor to the brioche, aaah sukaaa banget. Yang gravy friesnya juga enaak, their price is considered as pretty affordable, not too expensive, apalagi portionnya trnyata lumyan besar.😌😌💖💥

Walopun kmrin dptnya duduk diluar krn full, hari sabtu dan jam 12siang, tpi diluar juga trnyata gak panas2 banget, service is great and mreka mau bantu kt buat foto-foto. Sooo far would definitely come back here,😌😌🙏🏻✨

So, hari ini gw finally makan di Maple & Oak 😂 Ud rada telat but they say late is better than never right? 

Menu pertama : Maple Butter Brioche. It was such a big portion! Two loaves of toasted brioche yang amazingly renyah dan ga alot pas di gigit walopun tebel rotinya. The scrambled egg looks nice in term of color (bright), texture (soft gooey, seasoned well and not dry), the ham looks a bit burned but still taste fine. 

Menu kedua : Salmon Egg Benedict. Roti yang dipake sama dengan menu pertama. Padahal di description ditulis toasted sourdough. Hmm. Salmon was a little bit salty. Runny egg yolk filling beneath poach eggs against hollandise sauce were definitely magnificent. 

Menu ketiga : Gravy Fries. Kentangnya garing tapi di satu sisi sedikit keras ya. It was written cheese fondue, so I though that there will be warm cheese fondue buat kita cocol kentangnya. But no, semuanya uda dituang including the homemade gravy. Apart from those disappointments, rasa kentangnya berasa banget dan cocok dengan sausnya ! Suka banget hehe. ❤️

Drinks : infused water (1jug) isinya ada stroberi, jeruk dan daun mint yang pastinya nyegerin banget apalgi dingin2 dipakein es batu dehh. 

Definitely a magnificent dinner at this restaurant! Thanks ✌️ 

Came here to have a late lunch in rainy day. I sat in the outdoor area which only can accommodates for approximately 15 people. I found a combination of something sweet and something salty yet savory on their Maple butter brioche. It is contains toasted brioche, scramble eggs, strawberries, baby tomatoes, rocket and their signature maple truffle butter and syrup. The Egg Benedict with Salmon was completely has a great taste. For the beverages, I ordered a cup of flat white latte which always be my favorite drink to order and a cup of piccolo.

Walaupun tempatnya kecil tapi bagus dan nyaman. Pilihan menunya ga terlalu banyak, jadi gaakan terlalu pusing pas mau mesen heheh.

Chocolate brioche toast (68k)
Roti tebal yg dilapisin coklat sama remah2 (sejenis) corn flakes, trus diatasnya dikasih soft serve ice cream yg dituangin saos coklat, di garnish dengan potongan stroberi, kacang almond, dan edible flowers.

Cakep, tp sejujurnya rasanya biasa aja hehe. Dan walaupun keliatannya tower ice creamnya gede bgt, tp sbnrnya dlmnya kosong gitu

Maple Butter Brioche (78k)
Toastnya renyah! Bacon nya juga ga terlalu greasy. Scrambled egg nya tasteless sih tp konsistensinya ok ( bisa pilih mau matang / 1/2 matang). Mapple syrupnya juga enak. Bolelaa

Iced Latte (40k)
Not bad! sesuai selera gw sih karena berasa kopinya dan gulanya dipisah jadi gak manis!

Cappuccino (35k)
Latte art nya sih cenderung biasa aja tapi rasa kopinya nendang sih!

Wifinya cepet, pelayanannya juga ramah.
