Fantastic Dry ramen was delicious. Of course it was, when you put uni (sea urchin), foie gras and truffle oil on dry ramen, the outcome would be excellent.

Shiok Maki sushi roll was good as well, grilled unagi and roasted salmon in one roll, delish. The presentation also cute, in a tower, like an apartment of sushi. 

 Ultimate truffle gyudon with foie gras was also wonderful. Succulent gyudon and soft foie gras really blended well with the onsen egg. Yummy.

Gyu truffle ramen with onsen egg is also good, simpler version of Fantastic Dry Ramen, minus the foie gras. It was also a good choice for someone who doesn’t like foie gras.

Gyukatsu was tender and succulent, deep fried breaded beef then charcoal grilled on the table.

Salmon rock and roll was my least favorite, i guess the sauce was just too empowering the roll itself, felt like eating the sauce instead of the sushi roll.

Overall, you almost can’t go wrong in this place. Good one.
