We tried Bakmie Phak Cam Kee which is basically boiled chicken noodle. Located at Kelapa Gading area. Had some trouble looking for the place at first, but Google Maps was there to help us find the eye catching yellow cart 😊

Since 👧 doesn't eat a lot , we decided to share 1 jumbo portion.

The noodle's consistency is thick and chewy as how mie karet should be. It is somehow similar to Mie Alok (Greenville) , Mie Asui (Tj Duren) , or Mie Abadi (Pluit).
The noodle on its own has a very light taste that allows us to spice it up with our own preferences (Chili , soy sauce , pepper , scallions , etc)

As for the chicken topping , we can go for either paha (dark meat) or dada (white meat). We ordered white meat and surprisingly it was very tender and not dry at all!!! Moreover, they were pretty generous with their chicken 😍 You can even ask for extra chicken skin or order some chicken liver , gizzards , and "telur muda". In addition to all those things, their soup made of chicken broth is very aromatic 💥💥💥

Not to mention their bakso goreng (Fried Meatball) and bakso babi (Pork Meatball) to complete your breakfast! 🍲🍲🍲
