Newest addition to PIK 2's culinary options. As a HUGE fan of fried rice , we just can't resist to try this viral and unique fried rice place 😘😁
Wanted to try the one in Alam Sutera , but we just knew they opened a store at PIK just recently 👏

WOW. JUST WOW. The scent of kecombrang (torch ginger) spread out inside your mouth. Was not overwhelming and just perfectly balanced. 🙋‍♂️is not the type who likes kecombrang , but he loved it this time! Very brave and smart in using spices 👌👍

Cakalang wasn't fishy at all and the smokey aroma was a very nice addition to the dish. Might be sliced a bit tiny tho 🤔 Rice was not the mushy and sticky type. It was more on the brittle , dry , and easily separated which is the right one for fried rice.

To make it simple , "NASINYA PERA GA PULEN".

Definitely very unique and had their own distinct character 😍👏

This is more on the simpler fried rice type. Smoked chicken was smokey and juicy. Sambal hijau and anchovies added a fine spicy and salty taste respectively.

For those who enjoy eating bitter bean a.k.a. PETAI , 🙋‍♂️ strongly recommends you to add em to your fried rice. It enhanced the flavorf of the dish enormously.

Smoky , juicy , and slightly crispy on the outside. Everything you could ask from a smoked chicken. Sambal matah was very fresh , spicy , generous , and GOOOOOD OMG. 🤯🤯

Overall, this is very different to your standard nasi goreng. The smoky aroma to their dish and a smart use of spices gives them a noticeable characteristic that others dont have.

In other words , this is a place to go everytime you don't have a clue on what to eat. 🤤🐥
Place is fairly big but most importantly it is very clean and comfy.
